Being a mommy does not mean you let your self esteem go down. Don’t ever feel ashamed over your left over baby weight. You grew life in your belly. Be proud of yourself. No one has the perfect body. Show your children to love the skin they are in. Every skin tone is beautiful. Most people have stretch marks, so don’t feel bad about them. Be the example of loving yourself to your children.

  • Self Respect: If you don’t respect yourself,  how are others supposed to respect you. Set your standard for other individuals to see. This also shows your children to respect you as their Mother. When a child loses respect of their parent, negative behavior occurs. Negative behavior only gets worse as the years go on. Respect yourself and know your worth.
  • Love Yourself: Feel comfortable in your own skin. Exercise and put healthy food into your body. Junk food with slow you down and cause you to gain weight. Promote self care into you daily routine. A simple face mask and deep hair conditioning can brighten up your day. Learn to be comfortable in your own company.
  • Know Your Worth: Your life is precious and irreplaceable. No one else can be you. You are worth more than you think. Being a mommy can be changeling and draining. Remember motherhood is a journey.
  • Transform Your Fear: Don’t let fear hold you back from your full potential. Turn your fear into action. Accomplish your educational and personal goals. If you have fears about motherhood, then ask for advice. No mother knows it all. That is why we share our journey along with our down falls, with other Mothers.
  • Confidence: Hold your head up high. Believe in yourself. Sometimes we can create limitations in our own mind with doubt. Don’t give up on your dreams. Go back to school at your own pace. Work towards that promotion at your job.
